ENAMEL AQUA UNIVERSAL gloss universal acrylate water dispersion enamel for indoor and outdoor use. Forms a flexible glossy coating. Intended for painting wooden, concrete, plastered, brick, previously painted metal surfaces, as well as plasterboard and other surfaces. The paint is characterized by excellent adhesion both to new surfaces and to surfaces previously painted with alkyd and water dispersion paints. Base A can be used in white or tinted in light shades using the RILAKOLOR system.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

The surface to be painted must be dry, free from dust, peeling paint and other dirt. Previously painted surfaces need to be sanded to a matte surface.

PRIMING:

Wood surfaces outdoors should be primed with one coat of TEKSTURDEKOR BASE colourless wood primer. Unpainted metal surfaces should be primed with NOVAKOR primer. Duration of primer drying is not less than 6 hours at 20 °C. Porous mineral surfaces should be primed with FORAKRIL BASE deep penetration primer.

PAINTING: 

Stir the enamel thoroughly before use and dilute with water to working viscosity (0–10% by volume when sprayed) if necessary. Apply with a brush, roller or sprayer on clean, dry surfaces in 1–2 coats. The air temperature must be not lower than +5 °C, air relative humidity – not higher than 80%. Paint drying time at +20 °C:  does not stick in 1 hour, may be repainted in 4 hours, becomes durable in 24 hours. Consumption: 6–9 m²/l per coat for painting wooden, concrete and plastered surfaces, 9–11 m²/l per coat for painting metal surfaces.

Use water and soap to wash work tools. Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature above +5 °C.
