KVARC seals porous substrates; equalizes absorbance rate all over the surface; deposites fine grainy structure which serves as aid for proper application; improves adhesion to the substrate and increase spreading rate.
Surfaces to be painted has to be clean and dry. All loose flaking materials have to be removed to provide a good key to the substrate. Carefully mix before application. Dilute till working viscosity (if needed) by water. Primer can be applied by brush or roller in 1-2 coats. Drying time of KVARC at +20ºС – 1 h. Spreading rate: 8÷10 m²/l for one coat. Application can be conducted at air and surface temperature above +10ºC and relative humidity below 85%. Painting tools after work has been completed can be cleaned off by warm water with soap. Paint has to be stored at tightly closed pails at temperature above +5ºC.
